Room Rate Discount, meals on duty, uniform/dry cleaning. There isn’t 20 words that I can write to reach the minimum required!
Cons
Work life balance, bullying, pay increase only minimum/national wage hidden as a merit increase, long hours, attitude of cluster managers to hotel managers stink.
