      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are high. The projects and work you are involved in are challenging and rewarding. You are provided with most if not all of the tools required to meet your goals.

      Cons

      Upper management can be out of touch. The politics involved with the upper management can be daunting and confusing. There are times when crossed signals are sent because of the politics.

      Pros

      Large building with many great people you will work alongside and who are very helpful.

      Cons

      Differences of treatment between workers with the hotel and contracted workers felt wrong. Paid hourly but was expected to respond to emails and calls outside of working hours on occasion. Unrealistic expectations from management regarding reviews given the state of the rooms and facilities.
