Pros

Benefits were great, pay was above the competition, there was opportunity to grow within the company and move within the organization to areas of interest.The people and managers on site really care about the employees.

Cons

Hours are extremely demanding. This was a franchise operation and owners only focused on the immediate bottom line, often making decisions that would not prove to benefit long term goals.

Pros

Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

Cons

Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
