      The Room Discount is a big plus has saved me and my family alot of money. Other than that there isnt much else

      Cons

      The pay, and all the stipulations to be eligible for benefits or just plain full time status its fairly ridiculous

      Great culture Lots of hotels to use your discount Lots of room for growth Free rooms for life with 25 years of service

      Cons

      Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service
