      Progressive, long range projects allow opportunity for learning & growth.

      Cons

      Internal departments compete for internal funding thus they do not hand off projects to next department in life cycle. Frequent restructuring. Lack of executive leadership vision.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
