Pros
Nothing at all. They don't even let you near the cars anymore.
Cons
No pay increases (not even cost of living). Poor health benefits (as in, it was all-inclusive and now employees have to pay). No bonuses (company financials are screwed up). No motivation at any level - execs are underpaid and underqualified. Staff is a constant revolving door. Stay far away.
