- Life work balance is incredible - Even though company grow is hard for any company culture is very well taken care and applied to everyday dynamics - You can develop a main career and expand with side activities collaborating with other projects in the ecosystem that is one of the biggest I've ever met
Cons
- If you are in Argentina you can always get better salary, but still mercado libre is still one of the best legally paid contracts available, but will never match an unregistered offshore dollar salary. But that should be a decision you make because 75% of offshore usd paid jobs are absolut mechanic and have real short range to really grow and build a team you really are comfortable with.
