      Nice culture, proactive, demanding. Great benefits, 100% remote.

      Cons

      Depending on the area you work in it can vary a lot. I worked in Shipping, Loss Prevention, and the direction is 95% ex military males so very few flexibility. No carrier opportunities and very poor communication on hierachical changes.
