      - Good salary for a Latin America company that doesn’t needs to you to speak English - Good benefits (health, life insurance, bonuses) - Great offices - Many growth opportunities

      Cons

      Infrastructure is petty weird for most of the projects Tight deadlines (like startup spirit) So much pressure If they think that you don’t have the “MELI DNA” you will not be contracted or will be fired
