The culture is horrible, if you have to work with other teams or a technical leader, the replies to slack messages will take even days Technical leaders thing they are "technical" but they just have a big list of nip picks for pull requests. This technical leaders are experts only on the business, the should only be called SME engineers because they have no leadership nor technical knowledge. Most of the project managers are inaccessible and some of them will not even reply, only to other project managers.
