      Good salary for being in Argentina. Supports almost fully remote work for devs but you can go to the office if you want to. Lots of benefits Good career oportunities, they pay attention to what to want to become better at what you do. Teams are very friendly and nice to work with. Its the best place to start your career

      Sometimes, depending on the team you have to do on-call time that last 24 hours.
