      people work hard there and I wish them well.

      Cons

      Again keeping all of the money for themsevles. How can you cut the hiring of new people. Some bean counter in NY, came up with a way to save money. But it will hurt there business plan.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
