MetLife is a great company to work for, offering plentiful training to grow your skill sets and a broad range of benefits and competitive salary.
Cons
MetLife needs to put more effort into retaining the talent they have within their own ranks. Many highly experienced people have been downsized over the last several years. It's a shame that they develop the talent and then let it go.
