      Pros

      Good Bonus, sales company, focused on sales, but fail to see employees a reason for success.

      Cons

      Poorly ran company. Eliminated jobs, stunted people growth, and poor senior executive management. They are all finance experts counting beans and looking for ways to eliminate staff.
