      1.World class culture. 2.Proper work life balance. 3.Many leaves as compared to other companies. 4.stable and safe job.

      Cons

      1.Not an IT company, so did not find proper growth. 2.Projects are not on the latest technologies, they prefer to work on Digital Automation mainly, they believe in using bpm tools rather than coding era. 3.No retention policy, they believe in hiring new people rather than giving an offer to an existing employee. 4.Pay scale is just average.
