      Union shop. Decent but not exceptional pay. Okay benefits. Up to 20 vacation days if you've been there 10 years. Quarterly attendance bonus. Super easy work.

      Cons

      Hot as frig in summer if you are a support employee. Slowly becoming more and more corporatized.
