Pros
Some smart people there, especially within their field
Cons
WARNING TO WOMEN: I had a boss that harassed me on a daily occurrence for over 4 months, the details of which are definitely 'crossing the line'. I refused to do something that was against the code of conduct and borderline illegal and that was the repercussion. I went through the appropriate channels, HR, asking to be directed to someone else in the Firm, etc. He wanted me under his control, and fought me and another Director when I asked to be transferred to another Director within my small 10 person team. He would often threaten that "he knew how to manipulate senior management". 4 months later I was laid off, and during the separation talk the MD on the team didn't understand why I was being laid off but signed off on it since my former boss suggest my name (if you didn't know that's how the lay offs work at Morgan, now you do...someone suggests your name).
