Annual PTO & Sick time is given upfront at the beginning of the new year.
Cons
* Yearly layoffs in the Spring (NO matter uf you are a good employee. Even if you are above average on production and quality) * Micromanaged * Judgemental managers/higher ups (lots of cliques) * Bare minimum raises and bottom of the totem pole on new hire wages compared to CEO, VP, HR etc * Youre just another number in the corporate world. (Lack of job security) * Desk sharing, lack of tissues and clorox wipes (Don't care about germs and everyone getting sick)
