Pros

Good work life balance is the only pro I can say with unlimited sick leaves and cab facility

Cons

They are not at all a technology company as the seniors already say. Tech is just supporting the business of MS. Grads or Freshers are promoted and given platforms to develop like anything .They care about laterals the least. They have this Grad first culture whether grads deserve or not. Hard working laterals have worked day and night and still not promoted because Morgan managers will promote the grads first who later leave the company after getting promotion. They try to hire solid technical people but internally work depends on how good you are in Excel. My manager didn't know that interface has it's variabled implicitly as static final. He would ask why haven't you created the variable as static final(in an interface) in review comment. All I can say if you are a technical person or want to grow technically..and you are a lateral don't join this firm.Career growth is very slow for laterals here. This company is good for people who want to be in comfort zone and relax with artificial work pressure. Your work is not just defined by your work but you also need to showcase it 10 times everywhere.

Pros

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

Cons

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
