Mid Level management not powered to discipline under performing employees. Mid Level management unable to reward over performing employees. Lack of communication from management in regards to policy or procedure updates. Promotions that come with no pay increases. Departments don't respect each other. If you apply internally for another department, you might as well be applying at a different firm. Management disconnected from employees and no career development opportunities.
