Teaming with senior FAs does not mean you will make it either. No support from anyone. You must make it on your own. This is a fast paced cut throat environment. You must source your own leads to high networth individuals. Even if you make it through the 3 year program this is not a guarantee that you will be a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. Training last about 3 months is this time period you must also pass your series 7 and 66. You have 6 months to stay within your sales metrics. if you fall out and stay out of tier for too long you will be let go. Base salary decreases after one year.
