Pros
Money. If you can strong arm them into giving you lots of it.
Cons
1. They came to Bangalore, set up a fancy office and then went on and recouped the expenses by giving ridiculously low hikes and bonuses on comp day. Some frivolous metric ROE was thrown around as excuse. This has hurt people who did not negotiate hard while joining and are thus in the danger of having under-par salaries as the experience year mount. Attrition is through the roof for the very same reason. Still, they don't seem to be understanding the root cause. 2. Very complex systems. No documentation. Prod support kind of work. 3. In order to get anywhere in this company, you need to put your dancing shoes on and get "visibility". Does not matter how well you do at actually writing code. 4. Poor work life balance. 5. Expectations are extremely high.
