Pros
Many opportunities for experience, flexible hours usually ok, pay is ok. In my several yrs with Moto, I've been in wonderful groups who looked out for their people, provided mentoring opportunities, made training available, and just generally helped to groom people for their desired career path. Other groups, however, are oppressive dictatorships that provide little to no direction and just assume everything is going well if they hear no complaints. You're just headcount in these groups. So, really depends where one ends up working...
Cons
I said the pay is ok, but that's it. It's not better than ok. They are quite stingy about promotions and merit increases. I hate to say it, but it's mostly who you know, not what you do. Moto was awesome during the '90s and a little beyond, but the atmosphere really took a nose-dive afterward, and continues to this day.
