Pros
relaxed work environment, work from home, flexible work schedule, friendly
Cons
Medical benefits too expensive and just increased again for 2018, compensation below average with no raises within the department. No promotions unless someone leaves. While the number of paying customers have recently doubled. 22 days PTO sounds like a lot, but when compared to other similar positions in the area, it's nearly half what they offer. There's also some kind of spending hold going on right now. No new equipment purchase, cutbacks on perks like occasionally free lunches/snacks, etc. It's still a good place to work for a while to gain experience, but not a lot of incentive to stay. I'm told this varies by location, so might not apply everywhere.
