Cons
HR does not play any role in employee development. HR is all about systems and processes that are predefined and dumb. No extra facilities (like decent lunch etc.) other than salary is available in locations (e.g. Gurgaon) in India. No interaction between teams in Gurgaon. Senior management/leadership hardly interacts with ground level employees.
