Cons
Management does not meet the needs of their employees and only made "work at home" positions during the pandemic work for themselves and no options really explored for "the little guy". Thanks to the pandemic, management has stopped all AIP payouts which was considered to be part of why the salary. The hourly rate is low unless you are one of the manager's pets. If you work here, negotiate high with your salary cause you will be overworked and underpaid. Not to mention there are no real salary increases/raises. Management does not reprimand people who act against the rules (such as piracy, bad practices handling data and disappearing from their work are for hours at a time. In fact, they seem more rewarded and are given higher profile projects while you pick up their workload with no reward. There are plenty of managers that do not know how to properly manage certain departments and be careful that you don't end up under them while they get bonuses off your hard work without giving you the proper credit.
