Pros

1) Fresh grads with strong engineering foundations regarding filter circuits, oscillator circuits, amplifiers and 2 port network knowledge, will excel in this role. 2) Friendly colleagues that always willing to teach/help each other. 3) Opportunity to learn the whole NPI process from schematic & layout design till creating prototypes and ended with ensuring getting good yields from manufacturing lines. 4) ESPP plans that allow you to buy MSI share at discount. 5) Flexi time makes engineers felt free and tend to opt of 2nd income (Trading/Insurance/MLM/Patent/Property Agent)

Cons

1) Often employees felt NOT appreciated. 2) Harder to climb up the ranks. 3) Only promote when you're about to leave and usually it's just TOO LATE. 4) Company tends to hire Fresh-Grads in replace of experienced engineers. 5) After a few years might felt the whole process become repetitive and no longer feel the growth in knowledge

Pros

Excellent work-life balance: The company respects personal time and maintains a healthy, sustainable work environment. Strong and supportive leadership: Management is genuinely invested in employee success and actively encourages upskilling. Opportunities for technical diversification: I joined as a Salesforce CPQ Developer, and leadership supported me in training for MuleSoft alongside my existing role. I am now handling both platforms and built deep expertise in MuleSoft Integration by successfully completing 4 projects. Great career growth: Thanks to the leadership team's encouragement and the opportunities provided, there is a clear, proven path for expanding my technical stack and advancing my career.

Cons

I do not have any cons to report at this time. It has been a great place to work and grow my career.
