Pros
Great culture and co-workers. Product is solid and engineering team is top-notch. Tremendous market share compared to others.
Cons
IPO efforts hurting culture and opportunity to make money here. Driving into the office everyday is painful, especially if you live outside of SF. Buses make it easy, but then you are left without a car to meet customers if necessary. CEO has become too busy.
