Pros
The office is very flat and management is extremely accessible. Individuals at all levels are more than happy to share their experience and expertise. The company is definitely making an effort to become more accommodating - i.e. fairly casual clothing, ability to work from home, understanding managers. Opportunities to take part in new projects.
Cons
Systems are somewhat antiquated/clunky. Location is fairly isolated, but has everything you need - gym, cafeteria, nurse, dry cleaning, etc.
