Business Outlook
Pros
The owner is more than willing to let you take time off (unpaid so he doesn't have to pay you.) Free parking. Free water from the cooler... when the bill has been paid.
Cons
The question on EVERY payday is, "Do you think we'll be able to cash our check today?" There is frequently no heat/AC. The owner is dishonest, but that's when he actually does answer your call/text. Benefits are abysmal. The owner has already driven one business into the ground - I fear this one will soon follow.
