Pros
The pay is very good even for someone new. The company cares a lot about safety, paid training days, not too stressful environment. The nature of the assembly line makes it so that you're no rushed out of your mind.
Cons
The programs for the machines are old, sometimes malfunction for no reason. There are mice in the facility.
