      Pros

      Decent pay. Some good coworkers.

      Cons

      Horrible structure. Air quality is the worst. Managment has no clue on how to run the departments. All for them selves no teamwork. Hires people that have no clue how to do anything and knows they dont but promotes rather than fires them.
