Pros
In my line of work it helps to have a job that keeps you busy. There is always something to work on and there is always a new situation to tackle. There are challenging assignments and alot of oppurtunity to make changes... if you are willing to take responsibility and put in some hard work. I really like the fact that my boss is open to new ideas and supports my projects. Having a great boss makes all the difference in a company.
Cons
If you want something done right... do it yourself! Being an engineer you would think that you would let someone else do the labor. You will grow gray hair trying to get work done and there is no guarantee that it will be right the first time. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and get it done.
