      Pros

      Great Pay packet and safe industry compared to Banks etc especially in the economic climate

      Cons

      Career progression is hard, many colleagues have been in the same position for 7+ years. If you have a good manager who pushes you forwards then your in luck otherwise your not progressing anywhere.

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
