      Pros

      It is a great place to work if you like customer service. I have been working for them for almost 4 years and I think the treatment the employees receive have been dicreasing but it is still great. They have an amazing office to work in Polanco, Mexico City.

      Cons

      The only bad thing is that I don't think you'll have much oportunities to grow in the company since they have a lot of employees.

      Pros

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
