      Excellent pay and benefits, opportunity to develop your management and entrepreneurial vain with new projects. Good follow up of your own year objectives.

      Cons

      The power and decisions are taken by a few, that sometimes is the people with more experience in the operation, but with lack of preparation. Too much politics cloud the actions.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent but they don't give you easy access to full benefits

      Cons

      Everything. Managers play favorites, bully, intimidate and demoralize you daily. Retaliation is more common than who's coming to work. HR is zero help and allows the bullying, intimidation and retaliation to meet unheard of heights. You'll do great if you are a part of the clique and love to gossip and talk behind people's back. But will do poor and have no advancement if you are by the book and care about the job over gossiping/ bullying.
