Good working hours and office environment

Weekend workdays sometimes and that is not good.

Benefits are decent but they don't give you easy access to full benefits

Everything. Managers play favorites, bully, intimidate and demoralize you daily. Retaliation is more common than who's coming to work. HR is zero help and allows the bullying, intimidation and retaliation to meet unheard of heights. You'll do great if you are a part of the clique and love to gossip and talk behind people's back. But will do poor and have no advancement if you are by the book and care about the job over gossiping/ bullying.
