Pros

A lot of learning opportunities, one can develop people management skills in OYO to a great extent, Creative and experimentation organisation always keeps employee busy and open to learning experience. They truly value customer feedback and give real meaning to customer feedback based operational processes.

Cons

They want operations team to work day and night Central department creates lot of problems for city teams and they can really frustrate a lot, Instead of support central department in OYO actually creates hindrances in city team's effort. HR team not good, no good policies in place. Many many google sheets to fill with no meaning, people sitting in central just launch baseless projects to save their jobs.

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
