      Chance to work in dynamic environment One can Implement his/her ideas If leadership team supports it Chance to work with bright minds from IIT,IIM and Premier Institute graduates Brand Name to a certain extent

      Cons

      Not a good place If not in managerial roles Might get hired and mostly you will get fired in the name of non performance Poor performance management system

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
