      Pros

      Fast growing company of the startup world. It is where the proper execution is done. worked 2 years, then to leave for MBA abroad. Believe me, oyorooms is a great company to work with. Good leaders, good people. They treat you like family member. I have learned in last 2 years what i couldn't have in 10 years of a normal job.

      Cons

      work life balance. I think, they should not much diverse their portfolio so early, needs to be done in a better and timely way.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
