      * It was incentives but now stopped * 60 days given to know the system

      Cons

      * No value for employee think employees are slave * pay over and excess to employees who do not deserve as MMCEO as a package of 14-20 lacs * promote people who more around as spoon specially Girls * will promote you but will not pay * u need to be a spoon to save your back * at city level they will implement rules as per their benefits * Will not listen to the team leader

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
