      1. You are given full responsibility of your tasks. 2. Compensation - Not the best but better than the rest. 3. Visibility till higher management. 4. Add weight to your profile for sure. 5. Building products from scratch 6. Technical depth of work 7. Quick learning and startup type environment helps you enhance your skills.

      Cons

      1. Work life balance for some teams but not all. 2. Location a bit far from other offices but shuttles provided from metro station.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
