      The only pro is no punch in punch out system

      Cons

      *The HRs fool you with the role & onboard you with some other role in hand *No work ife balance at all *The Area managers are asked to be available 24x7 ! *The manager is very unsupportive *The reimbursement policies are complicated (you won't get your reimbursement before 2months of having getting it approved *There is no clarity with regards to, be it anything

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
