      Pros

      - Time Flexibility - Come and go as you like as long you finish your work

      Cons

      - Too many power crazy people - All come from impressive background but assuming it's because of their ability to bullsh*t their way through - There are only some people who do actual work (if you don't do anything, it's a good life) - company restructures happened 7 times within 1 year - No job stability - Increment is pro-rated - No bonus - Slave working hours - Get scolded by people from Central India team - No work life balance - High stress environment

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
