      Local managers are fine. The problem comes from the Indian leadership. They have no clue what they are doing.

      Cons

      A company that does not honor contracts is untrustable at all ends.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
