Pros

The people are amazing They pay good basics The work culture is young and vibrant

Cons

The company is not as good as they make it seem in the interview process No structure Unrealistic targets No eye for potential in employee Constantly moving the goals post Higher Management team have the 'stink face' when you try talk to them If you are not performing there is no second chances No job security even after probation They change the process of everything every week No clear direction Don't listen to employees daily blockers Don't take on any constructive feedback Sell you the dream - then you see reality

On some of the concerns that you have raised, we have recently made some instrumental changes to enable a great employee experience. For example, we have formally introduced a program to enable skip-level engagement and easy feedback sharing in India. There are several measures to promote employee well-being. Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
