Pros

The pay is ok if you're from a good college. else high negotiation. you get incentives for any work done (but the incentive structure is changing everyday! and for the worse) Work - life balance is ok - changes from region to region - depends on the managers. So even the pros are becoming cons.

Cons

LOT OF LITIGATION & DEFAMATION IN THE MARKET - Very negative environment i didn't like working here. weak policies, very less accountability. unreliable management. Mostly unprofessional and cheap people are there in BDM roles. hence it feels unprofessional. There's no regional office, just a main office in Gurgaon. High level of politics within colleagues and hierarchy. No accountability for issues with the hotel owners - very fraudulent with own policies no consequence for own colleagues not responding to mails - let alone replying to hotel owners who are 3rd party. No support AT ALL whatsoever from the cental team. Unrealistic numbers Very weak auditing team Daily changing norms in company structure and contract with owners. Any level of fraud is done by city team to get/"show" the numbers. i don't even remember how many times i had to pay from my pocket to "show" the numbers. Even higher management is well aware of all the fraudulent activities. They even help with the fraud activities.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
