      Pros are living with an alcoholic father, children learn a lot about life and get strong, similar is working in a company with no clear job role or real vision.

      Cons

      leadership is unreliable. there is no job security and there is excruciating work, work politics and no reward or recognition.

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons
