I would love to work in oyo rooms because its a growing company. And I personally feel whosoever is in sales will love to work for a growing company because at that point company says do whatever you want to do but I want sales. and thats what a sales person wants. Dont bound your employees specially in sales.
Cons
Challenge should be their and its good for you because if their no challenge how can you judge yourself, where you stand today and what can you. Always take challenge positively because their is someone who has given you a challenge can prove you wrong. challenge is good in job!!
