Pros
Great benefits, extremely flexible working conditions (including a generous remote-work policy, although this is dependent on the group)
Cons
Pay is effectively fixed, bonuses are basically non-existent or so small as to not bear mention, and stock options have virtually dried up. Advancement can be tough, depending on the group. Bureaucracy is terrible, much as I'm sure it is at any company of 100,000+ employees.
